Pediatric Gastroenterology
Melvin Heyman, MD; Sue Rhee, MD; Patrika Tsai, MD; and Betsy Haas-Beckert, RN, PNP, offer a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and management of digestive, nutritional and liver disorders in infants, children and adolescents.
Pediatric Neurology
Sheila Jenkins, MD, specializes in pediatric neurology, evaluating and treating conditions such as cerebral palsy and spasticity, developmental delay, head trauma, epilepsy, headache, muscle and nerve diseases and other neurological conditions.
Pediatric Pulmonology
Nancy C. Lewis, MD, and Dennis W. Nielson, MD, PhD, with Martha Richardson, NP, provide specialty care in pediatric pulmonary medicine, treating children with asthma, sleep apnea, stridor, wheezing and cough. Dr. Lewis dedicates the majority of her time to pediatric patients in the East Bay. She and Dr. Nielson are co-directors of UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Cystic Fibrosis Center.
