Arthritis and Autoimmune Disease Seminars

Presented by ValleyCare physicians who specialize in autoimmune diseases, you and your family can learn about the latest treatment techniques, medication options and lifestyle behavior modification to promote recovery, pain relief and physical function. These seminars are presented several times during the year.

Warm Water Therapy

Warm-Water Therapy

Warm water and an open, relaxed environment provide the perfect setting for exercising sore and painful joints. The class structure is designed by a ValleyCare physical therapist and is offered at LifeStyleRx in Livermore. You can access warm-water therapy via physical therapy or through a LifeStyleRx membership.

Education

ValleyCare Health Library offers a wide selection of books, videos and audiotapes on arthritis, fibromyalgia and autoimmune disease, in addition to Internet access. A nurse educator is also available for personalized instruction. The library is located at 5725 W. Las Positas Blvd., Suite 270, Pleasanton, 925.734.3315.
