LifeStyleRx offers a variety of comprehensive and inclusive youth fitness programs including its award-winning Youth FitZone. Programs are designed to provide education, instruction and participations for youths ages 6-14 regardless of physical ability.

FitZone
Our youth fitness programs are held in FitZone, a “kid-friendly” exercise area guaranteed to keep them busy while you focus on your workout. Your children will have the opportunity to learn various sports and games to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and coordination, speed, agility and the importance of overall health.

FitKidsRx
We want your children to learn to live healthy and active lives and break free from the growing childhood obesity and health issues. FitKidsRx is a group fitness and nutrition program for children who need to lose weight, increase activity or improve their eating habits. This program is open to both boys and girls ages 9-13 and meet twice a week for eight weeks.
Program Highlights include:
- Group Exercise: Two small group sessions per week with a personal trainer (6-10 kids).
- Activities: Once a week introduction to a variety of exercise activities.
- Nutrition: One group session per week including hands-on cooking demonstrations and interactive education with our registered dietitian.
- Parent Sessions: Parent participation is essential in children’s success especially with regard to modeling a healthy lifestyle.

Summer Programs
Worried about your children sitting on the couch during summer break with nothing to do? Get them active with a variety of youth classes and programs during the summer months. Your children will have fun exploring fitness without even knowing it!

Excel Special Needs Fitness
Excel Fitness is designed to help children improve their fitness skill and level in a fun and non-intimidating setting. Children will increase strength and endurance, improve coordination, balance and agility. This special program is instructed by a certified LifeStyleRx personal trainer.
$200 for 8 sessions or $30 drop in fee.
Princess Pointers
Our pre-ballet class will introduce the skills and techniques of ballet to ages 2 to 5 ½ years. Our dance instructor will use scarves, stuffed toys and hula hoops to make learning to dance exciting to our younger members. While the older children will learn real ballet stretches, footwork and arm patterns. Each class is specifically designed to support the physiological development at each stage.

We provide care for children ages 2 months to 6 years old.
As a wellness center we emphasize living healthy and it begins with the youngest members of your family. Our Child Care Center is designed to provide a structured and active atmosphere for your children allowing you to focus on your health and wellness. All of our staff are CPR certified and must pass a background check. The staff is very friendly and has years of experience working with infants to preschoolers. You can feel confident that your children are in a welcoming and interactive environment.
You can rest assured that your children can participate in a wide variety of educational games and activities.
- Infants have a secluded quiet room of their own equipped with vibrating chairs, swings, changing tables, cribs and toys.
- Toddlers have plenty of room to explore games, activities, crafts, exercises and age appropriate toys.
- Preschoolers are actively participating in more structured games and activities, crafts and exercises.
