| Beginning T’ai Chi |

A 4-month session that begins each January, May, and September. The curriculum will follow the Yang Style 108 Long Form in easy to learn segments. |
| Intermediate T’ai Chi |
| |
The intermediate class is designed for students who have learned the basics and are ready for longer sets to challenge memory and balance. |
| T’ai Chi (multi-level) |
| |
This multi-level class allows beginners and continuing students to practice their skills and develop a personal T’ai Chi practice under the watchful eye of an instructor. |

This personalized coaching will help advance and enhance the understanding and confidence with T’ai Chi movements. With one-on-one instruction, students will receive undivided attention to keep them in perfect form.
