Tai Chi Chuan Training
Enhance overall well being with the benefits of T’ai Chi Chuan. This ancient martial art form provides the following benefits:

Group Exercise Classes (Included in membership):

Beginning T’ai Chi
  A 4-month session that begins each January, May, and September. The curriculum will follow the Yang Style 108 Long Form in easy to learn segments.
Intermediate T’ai Chi
  The intermediate class is designed for students who have learned the basics and are ready for longer sets to challenge memory and balance.
T’ai Chi (multi-level)
  This multi-level class allows beginners and continuing students to practice their skills and develop a personal T’ai Chi practice under the watchful eye of an instructor.


Private Training (Fee-based)
This personalized coaching will help advance and enhance the understanding and confidence with T’ai Chi movements. With one-on-one instruction, students will receive undivided attention to keep them in perfect form.
