Fitness Express
Only have 30 minutes to workout? This class is perfect for you! It's FUN and FREE.
All levels are welcome for a quick, safe and total body workout, led by a certified personal trainer.

Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays
11:30am-12:00pm
10 minute warm-up prior to class recommended.

Meet at the Fitness Desk, 2nd floor.
Registration is not required.

 
Russian Kettlebell Training
Instructors: Jason Von, RKC 1, RKC 2, and Eric Namayan, RKC 1, AKC

Train with an old time conditioning tool that is being rediscovered in America for its effectiveness and dramatic results for extreme all-around fitness. Strength, cardio and flexibility/stability training can be accomplished in a much shorter time and more effectively through the proper use of the kettlebell.

Basic, intermediate and advanced training packages available.
Price based on class size.

Ultimate Circuit Training
Instructor: Jen Graver, Personal Trainer

Achieve your fitness goals and get your muscles looking long and lean while you laugh with your friends in this small group circuit training class. Bring definition to your workout through weights, cardio and an emphasis on your core in a fun and motivating environment.

When: Mondays and Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm
