 Only have 30 minutes to workout? This class is perfect for you! It's FUN and FREE. All levels are welcome for a quick, safe and total body workout, led by a certified personal trainer.

Strength, cardio and flexibility/stability training can be accomplished in a much shorter time and more effectively through the proper use of the kettlebell.
