The Tri-Valley Health Resource Directory is a searchable database of regional and local support groups and services. The purpose of the directory is to provide the community with a convenient listing of Tri-Valley oriented support groups and services. This is not an all-inclusive listing. The ValleyCare Health Library does not recommend any listing. Inclusion or exclusion in the database does not imply approval or disapproval of any service or organization. The Library attempts to keep the listing information updated and accurate. However, the user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information. |

| Organizations or groups who want to be included in the database directory should contact the Library. To be included, the listing must meet the following criteria: 1) the service offered must be open to the entire community; 2) the service can be used without a doctor’s referral order; and 3) the service does not make a diagnosis. Listing is free to all organizations that meet the criteria. To be listed or to update information, please complete the Online Resource Directory Form. You may also print a pdf of the form and mail, or complete a form available at the Library. |
