American College of Cardiology Platinum Performance Award
ValleyCare Health System consistently followed the treatment guidelines in ACTION Registry®-GWTGTM for eight consecutive quarters in ACTION Registry-GWTG Premier and met a performance standard of 90% for specific performance measures to receive this 2012 award.
American Heart Association Gold Plus Award
The American Heart Association and American Stroke Association recognize this hospital for achieving 85% or higher adherence to all Get With The Guidelines Heart Failure Performance Achievement indicators for consecutive 12 month intervals and 75% or higher compliance with 4 of 9 Get With The Guidelines Heart Failure Quality Measures to improve quality of patient care and outcomes.

ValleyCare has been designated a Center of Excellence for Breast Imaging by the American College of Radiology.
California Awards for Performance Excellence
Bronze Award for performance excellence by the California Awards for Performance Excellence (CAPE). The California Council for Excellence administers CAPE, which duplicates the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, and recognizes organizations that demonstrate superior performance and continuous improvement in seven key business areas including: leadership, strategic planning, customer and market focus, measurement/knowledge management, human resources, process management and results.
International Board Certified Lactation (IBCLC) Award
International Board Certified Lactation (IBCLC) Award recognizing maternity facilities worldwide that hire International Board Certified Lactation Consultants, have dedicated lactation support, provide education on benefits of breastfeeding and promote special breastfeeding projects.
